How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription from your Whop account using the manage membership option.
Is removing my card from my Whop account the same as cancelling the subscription?
No, removing your card does not cancel the membership. To cancel a subscription you have to do it from your Whop account via Manage membership and then use the Cancel membership option.
When can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any point during its term. It will remain active until the end of the billing period. The day before any payment is taken (the subscription renewal), a reminder email titled "Your Huracan Trading is about to renew" is always sent, along with a link to manage your subscription, the Manage Membership button.
Can I get a refund if I didn't cancel my subscription in time?
No. That is why we offer a free trial, so you can test the products with no commitment. During the trial or while your subscription is active, you can cancel at any time. On top of that, the day before any payment is taken, an automatic email is sent letting you know that your subscription will renew the next day. That email also contains a "Manage Membership" button, where you can manage your subscription directly.
How can I connect my Whop account to Telegram
You can do this in your Whop panel, e.g. in "Account settings β Connected accounts" using the Add connection option. Or from your product access at Huracan Trading. In the Integrations section choose Telegram and "Access your Telegram channels", log in to Whop with Telegram, click "Create Invite", and connect your account via the QR code or the Claim invite button (a Telegram account can only be linked to one Whop account!).
Can I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. When placing your order at checkout, enter your VAT ID number in the VAT ID field.
Can I have more than one Whop account connected to Telegram?
No. A single Telegram account can be linked to only one Whop account. If you want to use a different Whop account, first unlink Telegram from the current one (Account settings β Connected accounts β Unlink Telegram account), then connect it to the account you want.
How do I get access to Discord/Telegram and how do I cancel my membership? π₯
In a short video we show, step by step, how to claim access to our channels (Discord/Telegram) through Whop.com and how to cancel your membership at any time.
- After logging in at whop.com, click your Huracan Trading product and claim access by entering your Telegram or Discord username.
- To cancel, select Manage Membership β Leave next to the product. The subscription will be stopped and no further payment will be taken.
Error "Bad Request: PARTICIPANT_ID_INVALID" on Whop / Telegram
What does this error mean?
Whop is trying to connect your account to Telegram, but it sees an outdated user ID (participant ID). This usually happens after you change your username, phone number, or reinstall the app.
Why does this happen?
Because Whop has the old data of your Telegram account stored and can no longer match it.
How to fix it, step by step:
- Go here: https://whop.com/@me/settings/connected-accounts/
- Find the Connected accounts section.
- Next to the Telegram icon, click Unlink Telegram account (just like in the screenshot).
- Open Telegram on your phone and make sure you are logged in to exactly the account you want to use.
- Go back to Whop β Add new account β Telegram β connect again.
- Refresh the page and return to your subscription.
Still not working?
β Remove Telegram from your phone β reinstall it β log in β connect again in Whop.
β Check whether you have more than one Telegram account on your device (a common problem).
β Connect through a different browser (optional, if Safari/Chrome are blocking cookies).
Will I lose access to the groups?
No, once the connection is correct, access comes back automatically.
Do I need to contact support?
Usually not. 99% of cases are resolved after clicking Unlink Telegram account and pairing again.
