How do I get access after purchase?
You buy directly on our website; in the cart you can pay by card, Revolut Pay or Klarna. After the purchase you will receive a welcome email with instructions.
You collect all your access in the client panel:
- Go to huracantrading.com/en/account and log in with the email you used at checkout (we send you a one-time code, no password).
- In the Connections section link Telegram or Discord; our bot automatically sends you invites to the groups included in your subscription.
- Academy courses are available right on the website after you log in.
How do I log in to my account?
Go to huracantrading.com/en/account and enter the email you used at checkout. We will send you a one-time login code - there is no password to remember.
If the code does not arrive, check your spam folder and make sure it is the same email address you purchased with. You can change your email address in the account settings after logging in.
How do I connect Telegram and join the groups?
- Log in at huracantrading.com/en/account.
- In the Connections section click Connect Telegram - a chat with our bot opens.
- Tap Start in the chat; the bot recognises your subscription and sends you invites to the right groups.
Invites are single-use and valid for 48 hours; if one expires, the bot sends a new one. When your subscription ends, group access expires automatically, and after a repurchase it comes back without re-linking your account.
How do I connect Discord?
- Log in at huracantrading.com/en/account.
- In the Connections section click Connect Discord and approve the Discord login.
- Our bot automatically adds you to the server and assigns the roles matching your subscription.
When your subscription expires the roles are removed automatically, and after a repurchase they come back without re-linking.
Where do I watch the Academy courses?
Directly on our website. Log in at huracantrading.com/en/account and click Open Academy - all courses, materials and quizzes work in the browser, on mobile too.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in at huracantrading.com/en/account and in the Payments section click Manage payments. A secure portal opens where you can cancel your subscription with one click.
You can do it at any time. The subscription stays active until the end of the paid period and simply does not renew - there is no notice period.
Can I get a refund if I did not cancel on time?
No. That is why selected signal groups offer a free trial, so you can test the product with no strings attached, and you can cancel at any moment in the Payments section of your account.
Cancellation always runs to the end of the paid period, so you lose nothing - the next charge simply is not taken.
How do I change my card or billing details?
Log in at huracantrading.com/en/account and in the Payments section click Manage payments. In the billing portal you can change your card and billing details, and download your payment history and invoices.
Removing a card does not cancel the subscription - cancellation is a separate button in the same portal.
Can I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. Enter your VAT ID in the cart during checkout and a VAT invoice will be issued for your order.
If you buy without a VAT ID, a payment receipt is emailed to you automatically after every charge.
I bought my subscription through Whop. What now?
Do not worry - your subscription keeps working with no changes, and you do not need to buy or pay for anything again. We are moving all account management from Whop to our website.
The only things worth doing:
- Log in at huracantrading.com/en/account with the same email you use on Whop.
- In the Connections section link Telegram or Discord, so you keep group access after Whop is switched off.
From now on you manage your subscription in the Payments section of your account - the Whop account will no longer be needed.
